Old Year's Day, New Year's Eve
This is a birch log cake made by our hostess and shared by all. With the Blue Moon coinciding with the ushering out of the old and the hopes for the new year, many of us wrote that which we wanted to be rid of on one sheet of paper and that which we wished to invite into our lives on another...with the midnite bonfire, the smoke reached toward the moon...closing out one facet of our lives and opening a door to the future.
May peace reign supreme...liberty and justice for all.
